Leo — adopted

Leo is a deaf, male Dalmatian.  We don’t know his age, but we think he is young.  Leo was found as a stray in Portland, and taken to the Multnomah County shelter.   Being lost, and then winding up in the shelter was very stressful for him.  He ended up biting someone, but he is not a bad or dangerous dog, he is just terrified, but he is also adapting.  I visited him at the shelter during his bite quarantine, and he was very sweet.  He sat for treats and took them politely from my hand.  He also enjoyed playing ball.

Leo will be moving to a foster home in Washington after he leaves the shelter.  We will work on socializing him, and training him before making him available for adoption.   If you would like to meet him when he is ready, you may fill out an adoption inquiry.
