Patch is a 6 year old Dalmatian mix boy from Oregon. Although he isn’t terribly spotty, he has some very Dalmatian like characteristics. He is a typical “velcro” dog that wants to be with his people as much as possible. Patch is looking for a home where he can run, play fetch and be with people. He loves the outdoors, especially the water. He found his current family 5 years ago when he was abandoned in their rural area.

Patch is protective of his home and can be aggressive toward strange adult men when they first come to the house. He has nipped (bruised, but not broken the skin) two men. He lives with a female yellow lab, and they play well together. He generally gets along with other dogs. However he has had a couple fights with the neighbor’s dog, raising their anxiety about Patch.

Life has changed, and his family is not spending much time at home, which is causing Patch a lot of distress. His battles with the neighbor dog have not helped the situation. The best thing would be for Patch to find a new home.

Patch is neutered and current with his immunizations. Patch is currently with his family in Aurora, Oregon. If you would like to meet him, please fill out an adoption inquiry form.
